Raneshnie is a member of the Banking & Finance Division of the Firm and her area of work involves advising on exchange control issues, financial cross border activity regulations, legal issues relating to derivatives and other financial products, acting as counsel to lenders in international syndicated loan facilities given to the Government of Sri Lanka, other banks and local companies, advising international custodian banks with regard to subcustodian arrangements with local banks, acting as counsel to foreign lessors of aircraft in aircraft leasing transactions and other general banking transactions.
