Priya undertakes assignments pertaining to the areas of Banking & Finance and Capital Markets. She has been involved in representing major domestic and international institutions in relation to banking, securities, derivatives and funds. Priya has also undertaken assignments involving the granting of syndicate loans to the Government of Sri Lanka and other banks and local companies. Whilst dealing with the area of aircraft finance and acting as counsel for several foreign lessors of aircraft to Sri Lanka operators, she also has experience in the de-listing of companies from the Colombo Stock Exchange.
