Sidhdhartha is experienced in all aspects of Intellectual Property Law. He assists on Trademark Prosecution for both local and foreign clients. He assists clients on Trademark recordal matters and is experienced in drafting of Submissions and attending Hearings and Inquires before the Director-General of Intellectual Property. Sidhdhartha is also involved in civil and criminal prosecution under IP Law and is also familiar with actions filed under the Companies Act.
