Sayo is experienced in all aspects of Intellectual Property Law. She assists in Trademark Prosecution for both local and foreign clients. She also assists clients on Cautionary Notice Publications in Sri Lanka and overseas and is experienced in drafting of Submissions, Oppositions and Observations relating to trademarks, drafting Letters of Cease and Desist as well as drafting Commercial Agreements. She also attends Hearings at the National Intellectual Property Office.
