Rajika has experience in representing both corporate entities and individuals - foreign and local, in respect of an extensive range of real estate transactions. She has been involved in assignments pertaining to due diligences for local and foreign investments (including condominium development companies) as well as embassies in Sri Lanka, examination of title and preparation of title reports, preparation of agreements, deeds of transfer, lease and tenancy agreements, Last Wills, executor's and administrator's conveyances, MOUs, tripartite agreements as well as reviewing drafting and preparation of security documents, corporate and other mortgage bonds over movables and immovable properties for several leading banks in Sri Lanka.
