Shanila is a member of the Corporate, Restructures, Tax and Insurance law division of the firm and specializes in tax advisory services and providing legal opinions relating to setting up businesses, corporate structuring and restructuring including amalgamations and share purchases, tax and regulatory advice on foreign employee share plans, tax on aircraft transactions, double tax treaties, insurance, disclosure requirements, foreign investments etc., for both local and foreign clients including multinational companies, foreign law firms and Fortune 500 companies. Shanila is also involved in drafting and advising on commercial agreements relating to business structures adopted by both local and foreign clients.
