Her work encompasses corporate governance and a broad range of corporate services, including capitalization of reserves, private placements, acquisitions and redemptions of shares, strike-offs and other corporate restructuring and compliance matters. She assists clients in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act of Sri Lanka, applicable listing rules and other regulatory requirements.
