She assists clients in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act of Sri Lanka, applicable Listing Rules of the CSE, other relevant regulations and is also involved in various matters including capitalisation of reserves, private placement of shares, dividend declarations, acquisition and redemption of shares, corporate restructuring, etc.
