Randula is experienced in all aspects of Intellectual Property Protection, Prosecution and Enforcement. She provides legal advice to local and foreign clients on Intellectual Property matters. She is also experienced in drafting legal submissions, oppositions and observations relating to trademarks, as well as drafting Cease and Desist Letters and attending Hearings and Inquiries before the Director-General of Intellectual Property. In addition, she assists clients on due diligence matters relating to Intellectual Property, particularly in reviewing ownership, assignments, and compliance issues.
